The platform is designed to send:

One initial re-engagement message

One follow-up message after three (3) days of no reply

No additional automated messages are sent if there is no response.

If you express interest in speaking with the business, messaging stops and you may receive scheduling information.

Opt-Out Instructions

After you opt out, no further automated SMS messages will be sent.
